厚生労働省では、高年齢者の雇用の安定に取り組む事業主を支援しています。定年の引き上げや継続雇用制度の導入等により、高年齢者就業確保措置を実施するためには、賃金や退職金制度を含む人事管理制度の見直し、職業能力開発および向上、職域開発・職場改善等、さまざまな条件整備に取り組む必要があります。そのような取り組みを支援するため、（独）高齢・障害・求職者雇用支援機構において「65歳超雇用推進助成金」を支給しています。65歳以上への定年引き上げや高年齢者の雇用管理制度の整備等、高年齢の有期契約労働者を無期雇用に転換する措置を講じた事業主が対象となりますので、支給要件等をご確認いただき、ぜひご活用ください。
